Professional, Controlled And Precise
After harvest hemp seeds contain a lot of energy, when the drying process is not started quickly the fresh harvest will start to decompose and you will lose (part of) your harvest.
Using our knowledge of drying high value seeds and knowledge of the hemp seed we provide drying installations, which are easy to fit in your harvest system, starts drying under controlled and predetermined conditions and automatically stops when the desired moisture content has been reached.
This process occurs in our drying installation.
The harvest which is desposited in boxes are placed in front of a drying wall. In our ABC-software you select the preset drying regimen for hemp seeds.
The boxes in front of the drying wall will recieve airflow with controlled moisture content, temperature and intensity according to the selected drying regimen. After absorbing moisture from the product, the moist air escapes per layer of boxes. Once the seeds have reached the desired moisture content, absolute humidity, the ABC-software automatically stops the drying process.
